Really enjoyed our dining experience at Tequila Museo Mayahuel. The service was great with our server checking our table often and making great recommendations. Started with their delicious guacamole & salsa & a Mango y Chile margarita. Then had the tacos de camaron ai chipotle, they were delicious!! My son had the cheese quesadilla, it came with rice & beans & we added a side of shrimp for him. The kids portion are nice, he had leftovers. My daughter had the tacos adobobados de res. & my husband had the Cameron's moctezuma ai tequila, which they all also enjoyed. My family & I will definitely be coming back.
We were out for a conference and looking for a quick lunch somewhere close by and this place popped up my Yelp! Ambiance was nice, we sat outside on their patio and it was perfect weather. Service was quick, we were sited right away and once we were ready order was placed in food came out in reasonable amount of time. Chicken Tinga was amazing. Full of flavors and they nailed it. Highly recommend it. Dobladitas de chilli poblano was second best dish we ordered. It was very well balanced and they tasted amazing. Tacos arrachera was really good. The meat was great. Other dish I recommend. Cheviche was ok. Not out favorite. Over all it was great experience, I would recommend this place.
I had dinner at Mayahuel on a Saturday evening with a group of six, and it was such a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waiter did a great job explaining some of the menu items, which was super helpful. We started with the tinga tostadas and guacamole, both of which were delicious. However, the highlight for me was the crema de chile poblano soup--absolutely amazing! For our entrées, every dish was just as fantastic, and everyone in the group was impressed. The atmosphere was fun, inviting, and casual, making it perfect for a relaxed evening out. While parking in the area can be a bit tricky, there's plenty available nearby, so it wasn't an issue. Highly recommend Mayahuel for a great meal and a good time!
Everything was fantastic! From the decor, the service and to the food we were blown away. Just a short walk to the movie theater and SAFE Center Convention Center, you will find Tequila Museo Mayahuel. They have a variety of authentic food items alongside an extensive bar. We ordered Mole Poblano and Tacos de Pollo that were ever so fresh and yummy! So flavorful and delicious. The salsa was on point including their guacamole. Next time we want to try their tequila flight as well as their Small Bites appetizer combo. Hopefully the weather will be nice next time so that we can enjoy their outdoor patio. Definitely hit the spot with this place.
Every time I come here, I have an amazing experience. Great selection of mezcal and tequila. Angela is amazing if you ever get a chance to visit while she's working, she always has great recommendations .
